OHS Floral Design
 The
OHS Floral Design team competed recently at Joliet Junior
College. They took 2nd place out of 17 schools. Kayt Frola
was our highest scorer - she was ranked 2nd overall out of
85 contestants. Becky Sexton received a perfect score on her
corsage design - only two perfect scores were given all day
at the event. The competition included 4 parts. Each
participant had to make a round table design, a corsage
design, take a 100 point written exam and a 100 I.D test.
Skills USA Qualifiers
Last
week, at eleven sites around the state, students took
written tests in their content areas. The students with the
top scores qualified to advance to the state competition in
Springfield April 27-29. In four categories, Oswego High
School students received the HIGHEST SCORES** IN THE
STATE!! Please congratulate the following students who will
